About our partner

On behalf of our partner C&A, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home.

What you'll be doing
  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a focus on 1–2 core modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, or Compensation).
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration and ensure solutions meet operational needs.
  • Work closely with HR and IT teams to support day-to-day system usage and continuous improvements.
  • Execute assigned topics independently and take ownership of smaller initiatives or work packages.
  • Support testing, deployments, and system enhancements across the supported SuccessFactors modules.
  • Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors-related topics.
  • Participate in workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities with key stakeholders.
  • Support other HRIS-related initiatives when needed (e.g. Workforce Management).


What you'll bring
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in the implementation and/or operation of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Solid functional expertise in SuccessFactors modules.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Experience with configuration and customization within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Basic understanding of integrations and data flows is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Integration Center and SF APIs (OData, Compound Employee) is an advantage.
  • SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT) knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in an execution-focused role.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
  • Basic project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setup.
  • Fluent English.
