**About our partner**:
On behalf of our partner **C&A**, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in **Düsseldorf (Germany)**, you will work in a distributed team from our office in **Málaga (Spain**) or from home.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a focus on 1-2 core modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, or Compensation).
- Translate business requirements into system configuration and ensure solutions meet operational needs.
- Work closely with HR and IT teams to support day-to-day system usage and continuous improvements.
- Execute assigned topics independently and take ownership of smaller initiatives or work packages.
- Support testing, deployments, and system enhancements across the supported SuccessFactors modules.
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors-related topics.
- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities with key stakeholders.
- Support other HRIS-related initiatives when needed (e.g. Workforce Management).
**What you'll bring**:
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in the implementation and/or operation of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Solid functional expertise in SuccessFactors modules.
- Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience with configuration and customization within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Basic understanding of integrations and data flows is a plus.
- Familiarity with Integration Center and SF APIs (OData, Compound Employee) is an advantage.
- SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT) knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in an execution-focused role.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
- Basic project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setup.
- Fluent English.
