Descúbralo leyendo el resumen del puesto a continuación.Introduction to the vacant position:The Bacterial Infection and Antimicrobial Therapy Group is looking for a Senior Technician to work on the development of new technologies to treat chronic bacterial infections.Main tasks and responsibilities:Expertise in bacteria manipulation.Cell culture techniques.Advanced Microscopy techniques (confocal and fluorescence microscopy).Characterization of bacterial biofilms.Requirements for candidates:Essential:Graduate in biology, biotechnology or similar areas but with a microbiology background and expertise (Master or Phd).Expertise in microscopy techniques.Expertise in microbiology and specifically on biofilms.Competencies and skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, proactivity, commitment, critical and analytical thinkingHigh level of English.Competencies and Skills:We value not only technical expertise but also the demonstration of core competencies such as Communication, Teamwork and Collaboration, Commitment, Proactivity, Integrity, and Critical and Analytical Thinking.We Offer:Number of available positions: 1Starting date: 1 October 2025.Working conditions:3 months contract until the project is finished.Measures to reconcile work and family life (parental leave, flexible schedule working hours, 23 working days of paid holidays, 9 leave days for personal matters, among others).IBEC ensures equality of access to professional development opportunities irrespective of employment status, length at IBEC or other factors.
