Por favor, asegúrese de consultar la descripción a continuación con atención.Impulsar la adopción de la plataforma de pagos en marketplaces, liderando negociación, integración y desarrollo de relaciones estratégicas para maximizar volumen transaccionado y presencia digital.Funciones principalesIdentificar y priorizar marketplaces estratégicos (globales, regionales, emergentes).Diseñar propuestas de valor adaptadas (seguridad, escalabilidad, optimización de costes).Negociar acuerdos con interlocutores clave (C-level, producto, tecnología).Coordinar con equipos internos (producto, legal, compliance, tecnología).Analizar tendencias y detectar oportunidades.Representar la empresa en eventos y foros del sector.RequisitosGrado en ADE, Marketing, Comercio Internacional (Máster en Ventas/Negociación es un plus).Experiencia en desarrollo de negocio B2B en fintech, pagos o SaaS.Conocimiento del ecosistema marketplaces.Inglés fluido (otros idiomas son un plus).Comprensión técnica (APIs, pasarelas de pago). xsgfvud Habilidades: negociación estratégica, gestión de partnerships, visión estratégica, comunicación persuasiva, análisis de métricas y ROI.Actitudes: orientación a resultados, adaptabilidad, liderazgo transversal, innovación comercial.
