We support recruitment projects across multiple Engineering domains , including Manufacturing, Industry, Energy, Pharma & Biotech, and Supply Chain & Logistics. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager – HR Consulting (Engineering) to lead the growth of our Engineering practice in Barcelona . This role combines business development, client leadership, and team management , within a high-growth HR consultancy environment. Key responsibilities As Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for driving the growth of the Engineering practice, building long-term client partnerships, and leading a team of consultants toward high performance and impact. Your main responsibilities will include: Developing and managing a strong portfolio of clients within the Engineering sector . Driving business development initiatives and expanding key accounts across Spain and Europe. Overseeing and supporting recruitment projects for technical, managerial, and executive roles within engineering environments. Recruiting, developing, and mentoring a team of consultants to ensure excellence in delivery and client satisfaction. Fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and high-performance team culture. Requirements Experience Minimum 7 years of experience within the Engineering industry . Previous exposure to business development, sales, or recruitment consultancy is a strong plus. Education BSc or MSc in Engineering or a related technical field (strongly preferred). Languages Fluency in Spanish and English required. A third European language is a plus. Key competences Strong commercial mindset with a consultative approach. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. Natural leadership skills and passion for developing people and teams.
