Our teams combine deep industry knowledge with hands-on platform expertise to deliver outcomes that truly matter.As we continue growing our practice in Spain, we're opening a pipeline for Engagement Managers, professionals who can lead Service Now programs with clarity, discipline, and a strong focus on value.What You'll Do:As an Engagement Manager at Core X, you'll lead the delivery of Service Now initiatives from kickoff to closeout — ensuring customers achieve the outcomes that matter most to them.Your responsibilities will include:Owning end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, quality, and stakeholder alignment.Acting as the single point of contact for customers, internal teams, and program leadership.Translating business objectives into structured delivery plans using Core X and Service Now methodologies.Managing expectations, communicating progress, and driving clear decision-making.Leading daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, project governance, and overall program cadence.Anticipating risks and proactively establishing mitigation strategies.Ensuring project documentation, records, and knowledge transfer are complete and accurate.Collaborating with Sales to shape Statements of Work (SOWs).Spotting up-sell or cross-sell opportunities and channelling them appropriately.Maintaining project data and reporting in our professional services tools.What You BringDegree in a related field and 2+ year of experience in IT Service Management consulting.1+ year working with Service Now (implementation or support) in an enterprise environment.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and ITIL processes.Experience delivering technology projects using Web Technologies (XML, Java Script, HTML, Web Services).Comfortable facilitating workshops, including with senior stakeholders in large enterprises.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong documentation, structured thinking, and analytical decision-making.Ability to handle multiple projects across different teams or regions.Preferred Certifications:(Not all required — but the more the stronger the match)ITIL v3 or v4Scrum MasterService Now Certified System AdministratorWelcome to Service NowNow Create CertificationWhy Core XWork directly with global clients on high-impact Service Now programs.A remote-first culture focused on trust, autonomy, and meaningful outcomes.Clear pathways for advancement, with full support for certification and continuous learning.A collaborative, people-first environment that values ambition, integrity, and growth. xsgfvud If you're ready to lead meaningful transformation and help clients unlock real value on the Now Platform, we'd love to meet you; whether for an immediate role or future opportunities as our pipeline grows.
