Client Engagement Manager

Overview:
As a Client Engagement Manager at Bell Integration in the AI & Data Practice, you will play a crucial role in managing projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients and working collaboratively with the internal delivery team, Solutions Architects and Business Analysts also assigned to the projects. The nature of the work is delivering Conversation AI, Data and Data science solutions ( inc LLMs & RAG) via our strategic channel partners or to our clients directly. You be expected to gain an understanding of the solutions that we provide and how they interact with each other so that you can advise and support the client.
**Responsibilities**:
- Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Project Planning: Bell’s delivery methodology is agile (scrum) based, so you will need to make sure there the resources outside of the scrum are organised and on time with their deliveries to enable smooth flow of deliveries which would normally be every 2 weeks.
- Budget Management: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, raise CRs when required, monitor spend v forecast. Report deviations to programme manager
- Timesheet management approval, and reporting to the client of cost incurred
- Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Reporting: Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques; report and escalate to management as needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management in a client-facing role using agile as the delivery development methodology
- Strong communication and leadership skills, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks & projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field or 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex situations and provide effective solutions in collaboration with the Solutions Architects
- Team Player: Comfortable working in a team environment and collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Client-Focused: Dedicated to providing excellent service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software is preferred
- Knowledge of task management systems e.g. JIRA is preferred
- A strong technical background is not essential but is preferred.
