Is it a match? You’re in.Job SummaryWe are looking for aRegional CRM Managerto lead our CRM efforts. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing customer lifecycle strategies to drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. You should have a deep understanding of iGaming/online entertainment experience, and CRM best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage localized CRM strategies (Email, SMS, push notifications, onsite messaging, etc.)Own the customer journey and optimize communications across all stages: onboarding, engagement, churn prevention, and reactivationPlan, execute, and analyze CRM campaigns with a focus on personalization, segmentation, and ROICollaborate with product, content, design, and data teams to deliver relevant and engaging campaignsMonitor KPIs such as retention rate, conversion, CLV, and churn — and proactively act on insightsEnsure all campaigns are compliant with local regulations and responsible gaming practicesAct as the main point of contact for all CRM-related initiativesRequirements3+ years of experience in CRM, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or digital entertainmentFluent English (written and spoken)Strong understanding of the market and user behaviorHands‑on experience with CRM tools and platforms (Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, etc.)Data‑driven mindset with experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysisExcellent communication, planning, and organizational skillsSelf‑starter with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageOpportunity to join a fast‑growing, international companyCreative freedom and ownership of your marketRemote‑first culture with flexible working hoursDynamic and collaborative work environmentReady to make an impact in one of the most exciting digital spaces? xsgfvud Join Medier and take our markets to the next level.#J-18808-Ljbffr
