In this role, you will define and prioritize the product roadmap, translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories, and work closely with UX/UI, development, QA and business stakeholders to ensure continuous delivery of value aligned with customer and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, own and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy.Translate business requirements into well‑structured epics and user stories.Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business processes and delivery goals.Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.Validate and refine requirements to ensure clarity, feasibility and consistency.Ensure continuous product value delivery aligned with customer needs and business objectives.Apply Scrum best practices and contribute to an effective Agile delivery process.Requirements3+ years of experience working as a Product Owner.Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, software testing or application support.Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.Strong organizational, prioritization and stakeholder management skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.Relevant certifications such as Agile Product Owner, Scrum Master or User Experience Design are a strong plus.Ability to thrive in fast‑paced and high‑pressure environments with a positive and proactive mindset.What to expect from usPeople‑First Culture –We care about our team, support each other and celebrate successes together.Remote and fully flexible schedule –Work from anywhere with total trust.
