In this role you will lead the Total Rewards strategy, ensuring compensation and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.Por favor, verifique que tiene el nivel de experiencia y las cualificaciones adecuadas leyendo la descripción completa de esta oportunidad a continuación.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement base salary structures, incentive plans, and total rewards strategies aligned with business goals, including policy and process development.Lead annual compensation planning cycles, including merit and bonus programs.Conduct salary benchmarking and pay‑equity analysis to maintain competitive and fair compensation practices.Manage annual salary review cycles, uphold job classification systems, and maintain consistency in leveling and titling. Conduct job evaluations and provide guidance on internal equity and external competitiveness.Design and administer short‑ and long‑term incentive plans, including bonus structures, commission plans, and equity‑based rewards to drive performance.Partner with HR and external providers to design competitive health, retirement, and well‑being benefits. Manage and evaluate relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and administrators, and support annual benefit renewal processes.Respond to employee pay‑data requests, support open enrollment, and ensure timely and accurate communication of benefit changes.Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with regional regulations (FLSA, pay transparency laws, ERISA, COBRA, etc.), tax regulations, and internal policies.Utilize data‑driven insights and technology to track compensation trends, optimize reward programs, and support audit and reporting requirements.Collaborate with HR business partners, Finance, and Talent teams to align rewards strategies with business needs.Provide support for executive pay benchmarking and long‑term incentive plans.Continuously improve and innovate to stay ahead of industry trends, enhancing the company’s rewards programs and total rewards philosophy.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in compensation & benefits, total rewards, or HR analytics with a strong background in market benchmarking and incentive design.Experience managing global and regional compensation structures.Deep understanding of salary surveys, benchmarking methodologies, and HR tech systems (e.g., HiBob, Mercer, Rapid).Experience optimizing global benefits through market insights and benchmarking.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to interpret compensation data and provide strategic recommendations.Proven expertise in pay equity, executive compensation, and benefits program design.Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.Knowledge of HR compliance, tax regulations, and compensation laws in multiple regions.Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills.Fluent in English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.Willingness to travel occasionally for global compensation projects and team meetings.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and global exposure.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Flexibility and support for a healthy work‑life balance.LocationSchoten, Flemish Region, BelgiumJob DetailsSeniority level: Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Human ResourcesIndustries: Technology, Information and MediaEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer. xsgfvud We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.#J-18808-Ljbffr
