Sophisticated & unique venues, high-end equipment, signature cocktails, excellent customer service, BAM’s premium karaoke box concept is the first of its kind in Europe. Our goal is to allow people to let loose, have fun and create lasting memories with friends, family or colleagues. BAM Karaoke Box is growing and is looking for its next Sales Manager for the Spanish market. With 8 venues in France and UK, BAM Karaoke Box is also present in Spain with 2 venues in the heart of Madrid (BAM Recoletos & BAM Luchana). As BAM continues to grow in Spain, we are looking for someone to lead our sales efforts locally. This position is based in Madrid with occasional trips to HQ in Paris (frequency tbc) and will be reporting to the Country Manager in Spain. Key Job Functions: Define and lead short and long-term sales strategies that will allow BAM to meet the goals. Sales Responsibilities: - Develop an overall B2C & B2B sales strategy that will ensure sales growth objectives, contributing with a +20% of the total turnover to the monthly results. - Monitor and achieve agreed turnover targets. - Develop the B2B sales pipeline and source leads willing to organize events in both venues in Madrid. - Maintain long-standing profitable business relationships and ensure constant sales expansion. - Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc). - Report activity to the Country Manager in Spain, share ideas and initiatives to achieve objectives. - Organize events and initiatives to attract potential new customers. Skills & Experience: - Must have +3 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in the Entertainment or Hospitality sectors, and demonstrable marketing knowledge. - Strong commercial profile, with excellent communication and presentational skills. - Solid knowledge of Sales management and b2b sales pipeline management. - Extended contacts network. - Strong knowledge of Madrid trends, particularly in entertainment, music & nightlife. - Excellent command of English & Spanish languages – both written & spoken. - Strong analytical skills required as well as knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Word. Personal Qualities: - Can work independently and take initiatives - Can-do entrepreneurial mindset - Open-minded, collaborative and team oriented - Practical with plenty of common sense - Knows how to ‘fail forward’
