Do you want to be part of this revolution?YOUR ROLEOur Service Excellence Department is in charge of dealing with our customer’s machinery pools in order for all our technologies to be properly installed and always in full operation.Being an active part of our team, you’ll play a critical role by providing the customers with the technical service they may require to keep their production efficiently running.This position combines both technical and customer service duties being perfect for a dynamic, proactive and problem-solver profile.How to achieve this challenge?By performing the following duties:Checking the installation requirements and its status to ensure the effective installation of the machinery.Installing Jeanologia’s techs at our customers’ facilities.Carrying out technical troubleshooting to diagnose remotely / in field the machinery incidents.Repairing the customers’ machinery pools, always providing them with an effective technical solution.Recording the incidents within the company’s ERP, as well as following-up its evolution until they’re fully solved.Effectively controlling & updating the technical stock along with the Customer Experience Department.Providing technical trainings to the customers’ staff on any matter regarding Jeanologia’s techs implementation.Collecting any query or technical improvement suggested by the customers and communicating such info to the concerned departments of the company.Supporting both the Service Excellence & Customer Experience teams with any administrative duty they may need.Providing the sales team with the technical support they may require.WHICH KIND OF PROFILE ARE WE LOOKING FOR:Degree in Engineering having majored in electronics or electrical & basic mechanical notions. Proven industrial experience installing & repairing machinery, as well as carrying out maintenance tasks.Highly valuable having textile machinery related experience.Fluent English level both written & spoken.We’re looking for a problem solver with initiative and eager to learn within a super dynamic environment.Availability to travel and visit our customers manufacturing centres. xsgfvud If you think you’re a good fit for this position, DON’T MISS THE CHANCE and apply for this position
