The Role: As a Business Development Representative, you are the engine of a high-energy, multinational sales team. Your daily adventures will include: Proactively booking qualified meetings through a creative mix of outreach, including email, phone calls, and LinkedIn. Taking full ownership of the top of the funnel to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads for the business. Researching target markets and key decision-makers to uncover untapped business opportunities. Building tailored messaging sequences that actually resonate with modern business leaders. Analysing your own outreach metrics to constantly iterate and improve your conversion rates. Collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales to align on account-based strategies and brand voice.
