Job description

Join our global Community team to help grow, engage, and support our freelance and consulting firm communities in France and key international markets. Your goal: turn our community into a true growth and loyalty driver for the business.

Your LittleBig Responsibilities:

- Understand the key expectations of freelancers and consulting firms

- Gather qualitative feedback through interviews and surveys

- Monitor community trends and competitor benchmarks

- Help identify key markets, tech profiles, and ecosystem partners

- Support the design of community strategy plans for France & priority countries

- Contribute to defining key programs: ambassadors, events, onboarding, content

- Align initiatives with business & sourcing needs in collaboration with Business teams

- Participate in community-focused squads and committees to follow priorities

- Organize and animate community events (afterworks, breakfast meetups, partner activations, webinars)

- Animate and grow our online channels (newsletters, LinkedIn, blog articles)

- Build and promote referral and ambassador programs

- Support onboarding and visibility of suppliers on the platform

- Help structure and develop partnerships with schools, networks, and tech communities

Your Profile:

- 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment

- Experience in event planning, digital marketing, and a business mindset

- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication

- Fluent in French and English

- Confident with communication and content creation

- Well-organized and proactive, ready to take ownership

- Curious, people-oriented, and passionate about the future of work

- Love creating connections and building communities
