**Job description**:
**Your LittleBig responsibilities**:
Our tribe is growing fast, and the marketing team is looking for high potentials to boost our awareness, our business acquisition and to develop a strong community of independents.

LittleBig Connection is looking for a** Community Builder Assistant, **with these following challenges:

- To acquire & federate a strong community of freelances
- To manage the community daily life
- To generate internal commitment on community topics

You will be based in Barcelona and reporting to our **Community Builder **Manager.

**Community Acquisition**:

- Benchmark of freelancing world actions and influencers - to be aware of what is going one and take the goods opportunities at the right time
- Participle to the organization of public events (Go Entrepreneur ) and online events (Live Twitch, webinars)
- Coordinate community campaign in collaboration with the Marketing Team: Content Manager, Corporate Communication Department, and Design Department (LinkedIn Post, Newsletter, events communication, new actions )
- Lead and promote our Referral Program
- Analyse and collect statistics data - adopt a continuous improvement approach
- Accompany business teams to match needs & missions

**Community Retention**:

- Monitor our community’s social network on LinkedIn Freelancers Group (more than 5500 members)
- Manage and develop our partnership strategy
- Exchange regularly with our community members to strengthen the link and understand their needs
- Lead and Innovate our Ambassadors Program
- Participle to the organization events to engage our community (afterwork, freelance event ) and create links/connections

LittleBig Connection is looking for an intern as **Community Builder Assistant for at least 6 months for end-of-study internship. **You will be fulfilled as part of the team if you love learning and interacting with others (whatever their level of responsibility or job), if you have an entrepreneurship mind-set, and are fond of innovation and creation. Here are the details of the profiles we are looking for:

- You are enrolled or you have recently finished a degree in a relevant field (from Communication or Marketing)
- You know how to create impactful content both in English & French and justify of good writing skills
- You have good time-management and organizational skills
- You master social networks use and know how to generate visibility
- You are interested in Tech/Future of work/Freelance topics and want to learn more about that
- You are motivated, dynamic, and full of energy
- You are looking for challenge and want to be part of an amazing adventure
