About the Product Operations Team We are building a global product ecosystem at FCTG Tech Hub to ensure consistency, scalability, and innovation across all product teams worldwide. Our mission is to create one strong product community and one smart product framework to support globalization and growth. Your focus Join FCTG Tech Hub and help us build a strong global product community to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation across all product teams. Mission Design and implement a strategy to create and animate the global product community, and build a reusable playbook for other internal communities. Key Responsibilities Understand community needs and define engagement strategy. Develop and execute an action plan for community building. Organize events, trainings, and define processes to foster collaboration. Create a comprehensive playbook with best practices for internalcommunities. What You Bring : Strong project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative and highly organized. Fluent in English.
