Job Title: Sales Director – Value Added Reseller (Madrid, Spain)

Key Role Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
- Drive KPI success within the sales function
- Assist with launching new products and expand the company's regional footprint across Spain and EMEA.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal governance.
Key Attributes Required:
- Proven experience in sales Management within product sales within IT reseller / IT Managed Services environment.
- A successful track record of leading a successful sales team
- You will lead from the front, being a hands on enterprise sales person yourself, along with driving team performance
- Fluent in English and Spanish. An additional European language would be ideal (French / German etc)
