AMBER HOUSE is a daughter company of TRENTINI. It is a boutique premium property development company based in Marbella, developing high-end villas and renovation projects. We are a small, growing, team, delivering high-end residential villa projects for international clients and investors . We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager with excellent English to manage multiple projects from design coordination through construction and handover.
This is not a routine administrative role . It is a position for a highly reliable, structured, and proactive person who enjoys responsibility and wants to be involved at the core of a growing development company.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day delivery of luxury residential developments
- Coordinate architects, technical consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Control schedules, quality, and on-site execution
- Support licensing processes, inspections, and final handovers
- Report progress clearly to international stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in construction or property development project management
- Strong on-site coordination and problem-solving capability
- Residential construction background (villas / small developments)
- Fluent English (professional working level) and fluent Spanish
- Based on Costa del Sol or willing to relocate
