It is a boutique premium property development company based in Marbella, developing high-end villas and renovation projects. We are a small, growing, team, delivering high-end residential villa projects for international clients and investors. We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager with excellent English to manage multiple projects from design coordination through construction and handover.This is not a routine administrative role. It is a position for a highly reliable, structured, and proactive person who enjoys responsibility and wants to be involved at the core of a growing development company.Key responsibilities:Lead day-to-day delivery of luxury residential developmentsCoordinate architects, technical consultants, contractors, and suppliersControl schedules, quality, and on-site executionSupport licensing processes, inspections, and final handoversReport progress clearly to international stakeholdersRequirements:5+ years’ experience in construction or property development project managementStrong on-site coordination and problem-solving xcskxlj capabilityResidential construction background (villas / small developments)Fluent English (professional working level) and fluent SpanishBased on Costa del Sol or willing to relocateWe offer:Competitive salary (gross approx. €60k+, 12 pays)Long-term role in a growing development platformHigh-quality projects and real responsibilityPlease send your CV and a short motivation note in English to:
