What is behyve?
behyve is a booking platform for premium on-demand services in Ibiza and other destination markets. We connect guests, residents, and hospitality partners (villas, hotels, concierges, yacht and rental companies) with trusted local service providers—such as beauty and wellness, treatments, sports, lifestyle and other in-home or on-location services. Our focus is a smooth, reliable experience for clients and strong, long-term relationships with the best providers in each market.
About the role
As our Account Manager for Ibiza, you will take full ownership of our core market. You will ensure we have the right mix of service providers to meet demand, manage key provider relationships, and build a strong partner network across hotels, concierges, villa rental companies, boat operators, and agencies. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows Ibiza, moves fast, and can build and maintain high-quality local relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Ibiza market end-to-end: supply coverage, quality, and partner relationships
- Analyze demand vs. current provider setup and close category gaps (e.g., beauty, treatments, drivers, agencies)
- Source, onboard, and manage service providers; drive performance and availability standards
- Build partnerships with hotels, concierges, villa managers, boat companies, and agencies to generate recurring requests
- Ensure smooth fulfillment of bigger requests and resolve issues quickly in peak season
- Manage bigger non-automated client requests and bookings.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of the Ibiza market; existing network is a major plus
- Experience in concierge, hospitality, account management, or partnerships
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Additional languages (German/French/Italian) are a plus
