En Capitole estamos buscando un/a IT Support L1Si te apasiona el soporte técnico, la resolución de incidencias y la comunicación con usuarios, queremos conocerte ( imprescindible residir en España) Experiencia y conocimientos:Experiencia con ServiceNow (Incident, Request, Assignment Groups, SLAs, filtros, plantillas)Conocimientos ITIL básicos. Habilidades técnicas de soporte L1: O365, AD, VPN/MFA, Windows/Mac, conectividad básica Capacidad de análisis y priorización de tickets. Comunicación escrita y verbal clara y profesional.Inglés: C1
