We are looking to expand our team with a Project Manager to join us in a hybrid work arrangement.

What will you do?

Governance & Planning

· Align with project governance standards.

· Support benefits identification, business case justification, and benefits management approach.

· Undertake project planning and analysis, including detailed project plans, scope documentation, and Terms of Reference.

Delivery & Tracking

· Provide end-to-end project management from business case development through implementation.

· Implement PM standards, tools, and methodologies (waterfall and agile) in collaboration with internal teams.

· Identify, track, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies across projects.

· Maintain project registers and collect lessons learned.

Technical Coordination

· Translate user requirements into Jira tickets and coordinate timely development with IT engineers.

· Monitor project budgets and ensure delivery within agreed costs.

Stakeholder Engagement

· Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and key third parties.

· Present fully evolved project updates at board level.

What are we looking for?

· Degree in engineering, construction management, or finance preferred.

· Project Management certification (eg. PRINCE2).

· Minimum 5 years in a project environment.

· Experience in Industrial/Energy/Construction/HSE sectors (renewables preferred).

· Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet; strong analytical skills.

· Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and ability to extract reports for progress tracking.

· Experience with waterfall methodology and engineering scheduling; and with Agile/Scrum.

· Ability to build, update, and present recurring reports with KPIs and milestones.

· Experience working with or alongside E&C teams, understanding operational realities in high-risk environments.

· Advanced English (C1/C2)
