For one of our main customers based in Sant Cugat, Omnitel is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support the Chief of Staff to develop strategic projects for the business unit. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive leadership, and a strong ability to navigate multicultural and international environments with professionalism and diplomacy.

What we offer :

- Full time contract (40 hours)
- Working hours: 09:00 - 18: 00h / Flexibility
- Location: Sant Cugat – Hybrid
- Start Date: January 2025
- Salary Range: 35K – 40K

Key Responsibilities

- Protocol & Diplomacy: Act as a trusted liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring all interactions adhere to corporate standards and cultural sensitivities.
- Identify and cultivate alliances with companies and institutions to support sponsorship efforts.
- Define and manage booking processes and coordinate activities related to the business unit.
- Oversee calendar management, communications, and status reporting for activities.
- Organize and manage logistics for product-related events, including room bookings, materials, consumables, media, AV, catering, and NDAs.
- Identify and manage potential candidates for feedback initiatives, ensuring a professional and diplomatic approach.

Skills and abilities

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a corporate or international setting.
- Strong background in protocol management and diplomatic communication , with the ability to represent the company professionally in diverse cultural contexts.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Education & experience:

- Bachelor's degree in communication, Marketing or Administration, events and protocol.
- Previous experience in project management, events and protocol.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office package and project management tools.
- Valuable experience in the technology sector.
- Valuable experience in audio-visual events/projects.
- Valuable knowledge of design tools.
