Senior PMO

At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Senior PMO / Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale project within our financial partner in Madrid.

Main responsibilities:

- Organize and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on project meetings (agendas, minutes, action points).
- Ensure consistent and transparent communication across stakeholders.
- Apply and ensure adherence to project management standards (Prince2, PMI, IPMA).
- Manage project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and provide user support and training.
- Support quality assurance processes, including reviews, gate checks, and lessons-learned sessions.
- Prepare and maintain project status reports for steering committees and senior management.
- Manage KPIs, dashboards, RAG indicators, and milestone trend analyses.
- Prepare decision-making materials for the steering committee.
- Coordinate with other projects or PMOs to align dependencies, resources, and deliverables.

Who are you?

- 7+ years as Senior PMO in structured corporate environments, working with agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
- Experience applying PM methodologies (Prince2 / PMI / IPMA).
- German – Business level
- English – Business level
- Spanish – plus
