COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE MANAGER

Su misión será en dependencia de la Dirección General, Impulsar la excelencia comercial mediante la definición, implementación y seguimiento de estrategias, procesos y herramientas que maximicen la productividad del equipo de ventas y la rentabilidad del negocio.

Funciones:

- Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de Commercial Excellence alineada con los objetivos del negocio.
- Analizar datos de ventas, KPIs y tendencias para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Desarrollar e implantar procesos de Sales Force Effectiveness (territorios, cobertura, segmentación, targeting).
- Liderar proyectos de optimización de CRM y herramientas digitales para la fuerza de ventas.
- Colaborar con Marketing, Finanzas y Operaciones para asegurar coherencia en la estrategia comercial.
- Elaborar informes y dashboards para la dirección general y comercial, transformando datos en insights accionables.
- Coordinar programas de formación en técnicas de venta y gestión de clientes.

Requisitos:

- Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, ADE, Economía. Valorable máster especializado en Ventas, Marketing o Business Analytics
- Experiencia mínima de 8-10 años en áreas comerciales, preferiblemente en entornos farmacéuticos, industrial o gran consumo en posiciones con fuerte componente analítico (ej. Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Commercial Excellence).
- Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas CRM (Salesforce, SAP, etc.) y análisis de datos (Excel, Power BI).
- Inglés alto (imprescindible); castellano.
- Competencias: pensamiento analítico, orientación a resultados, liderazgo transversal, comunicación efectiva y manejo de la gestión del cambio. Capacidad para transformar datos en insights accionables. Habilidad para influir y coordinar equipos multidisciplinares. Visión estratégica y enfoque en mejora continua.
