We are partnering with a luxury fashion house seeking an experienced and service-driven Store Director to lead its boutique in Madrid.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a confidential luxury retail environment defined by craftsmanship, heritage, and elevated customer experience, where attention to detail and discretion are paramount.

The Role

As Store Director, you will have full ownership of the boutique’s performance, overseeing client experience, commercial results, and operational excellence while upholding the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience & Representation

• Champion a refined, personalised client experience aligned with luxury service standards

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships and a strong local client network

• Represent the business with professionalism, discretion, and integrity

Sales & Commercial Excellence

• Drive store performance and achievement of commercial objectives

• Analyse KPIs and implement strategies to maximise sales and client engagement

• Ensure strong product knowledge across the team

Boutique Standards & Operations

• Maintain impeccable visual, merchandising, and operational standards

• Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, and daily operations

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and retail excellence guidelines

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training

• Foster a respectful, professional, and service-led culture

Profile

• Proven leadership experience within luxury, premium, or high-end retail

• Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on leadership approach

• Client-focused mindset with a refined service style

• Detail-oriented, composed, and strategic

• Flexible availability, including weekends
