- Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience
- Accurately log all interactions and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems

- Are bilingual or proficient in Dutch with an advanced level of English
- Have a good understanding of IT platforms, equipment, and applications (Windows, MS Office, internet settings)
- Feel comfortable working in a customer service environment
- Have strong customer care skills, including active listening and problem-solving
- Take ownership of customer requests and follow them through to resolution or escalation Benefits
- Full-time (39 hours/week) fixed-term contract, Monday to Friday (09:00-18:00)
- Salary of €19.623,94 gross/year + up to €2.500 gross/year in bonus
