Attached to the Service & Solution Division, reporting directly to the After Sales Director of Manitou Iberica. In the Spanish area (and Portugal), and according to the Service & Solution rules and objectives,the After Sales KA support/After Sales Support will have to:

Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate the technical assistance of KA via Dealers, Service Suppliers or directly.

- Manage the warranty, start ups and campaigns of Key Account.

- Support to Key account visits related to after sales topics and development of projects.

- Analyze, synthesize and prioritize technical assistance request of KA and dealers.

- Collaboration with the local Assist.

- Preparation of the CSP project (Customer Service Platform) and service supplier map.

- Promote Service offer (Warranty extensions, Connected machines…)

- Propose and suggest any improvement to make the organization “easier to deal with”

- General After Sales Support on After Sales and Training administration for KA and dealers.

- Coordinate logistics of technical training in Spain (and Portugal), regarding Manitou HQ trainers or external training suppliers, ensuring machine availability and being sure invoicing is completed conveniently.

Qualifications

- Customer oriented/mindset.

- At least, high school in technical education is required.

- At least 3 years of experience in an applicable product support field.

- Working knowledge of machine systems, such as engines, hydraulics, electronics or electrical, and mechanical.

- Solid knowledge of English (mandatory).

- High results and analytical orientation.

- Good communication (verbal and written) and teamwork skills.

- Responsible, dynamic and proactive.

- Availability to travel: visits and technical support (not regularly).
