I am supporting a leading PV business who are a Service Manager to support the business in Spain. You will provide engineering solutions and after sales support to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide after sales technical support for PV customers across Spain.
- Create strong relationships with suppliers and ensure the business is in aligned with their strategies.
- Provide technical studies for PV plants to determine feasibility of projects.
- Accomplish and surpass customer satisfaction and respond and implement continuous improvement programs which ensure an exceptional level of service.

**Person Specification**:

- You will ideally be an Electrical Engineer or equivalent educational experience.
- Over 2 year's experience within the PV market, ideally with Inverters but other PV technologies considered.
- Expertise delivering a high performing service that constantly exceed targets.
- Strong knowledge on the key players in the Solar PV market, including with EPCs, Developers etc.
- Experienced writing technical documentation for the PV market.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
