Mission of the Role

As an Strategy Analyst at Sanoma España, you will be a key driver of our growth strategy. This role combines strategic analysis, commercial insight, and market intelligence to shape go-to-market plans for new products, services, and partnerships. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities, design business models, and ensure successful execution of initiatives that expand our portfolio and strengthen our market position.

Core Responsibilities:

- Strategic Market Analysis: Assess market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Go-to-Market Planning: Design and evaluate strategies for new offerings, portfolio innovations, and strategic alliances.
- Business Case Development: Build robust financial models and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Finance to align strategies and ensure flawless execution.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare high-impact presentations and recommendations for senior management.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs for growth initiatives and propose optimization measures.

Required Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master’s in Strategy is a plus.
- 4–6 years of experience in market strategy, business development, or strategic consulting; experience in media, education, or digital sectors is highly valued.

Technical Competencies:

Advanced Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Strong knowledge of market analysis, financial modeling, and strategic frameworks.

Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English is a must.

Key Competencies:

Strategic mindset with strong commercial orientation.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior stakeholders.

Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in growth projects, portfolio innovation, or strategic partnerships.

Familiarity with digital transformation and new business models in media or education.
