Expanding Spanish Email Marketing Agency looking to recruit a rockstar Retention Marketer to handle Retention Strategy for our e-commerce clients in both Spanish and US markets. Rates above market, plenty of room for advancement and long-term employment if you’re competent, hard-working, and a little bit crazy.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in both English and Spanish (litmus test: can you communicate the same way in English than in Spanish?)

- Proven work experience as a Retention Marketer, with a successful track record.

- Proficiency in Klaviyo.

- Analytical mindset to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Project Management

- Client and Team Management

Preferred Location: Europe or North/South America

Expect a long-term role with plenty of room for growth.
