And you deserve it because you are… A conversion architect, skilled at diagnosing funnel bottlenecks and translating data into structured experimentation roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes. A behavioral strategist, fascinated by what drives human action, able to mix cognitive psychology, UX, and persuasion frameworks to design experiences that convert because they resonate. A data‑driven creator, fluent in GA4, Hotjar, AB Tasty, VWO, Amplitude, not just running tests but connecting insights to revenue, retention, and lifetime value. This is a full‑time position, carried out remotely or from our beautiful offices in Dubai or Lisbon. About Paradox French and English fluency is required.
