The Importance of This Role The Digital Advertising Manager plays a key role in shaping how we deliver value to our clients. This position is responsible for guiding paid media strategies that directly influence business outcomes and client growth. Beyond campaign management, the role contributes to refining our strategic standards and strengthening long-term client partnerships. This is an opportunity for a professional who approaches digital advertising with both strategic depth and a strong sense of ownership. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage digital advertising strategies aligned with client objectives and growth goals Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across relevant digital platforms Analyze performance data to generate insights and inform strategic decisions Monitor budgets, pacing, and key performance indicators to ensure efficiency and accountability Prepare clear, structured performance reports with actionable recommendations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across strategy, execution, and communication Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience managing digital advertising campaigns Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with confidence High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while remaining collaborative Preferred ExperienceExperience with multi-channel or multi-market advertising initiatives Familiarity with analytics tools and performance measurement frameworks Background working in agency or growth-focused environments These are considered advantages but are not mandatory.
