About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, commercially minded TikTok Shop Account Strategist to join our team in Barcelona. You’ll be managing and growing brand accounts on TikTok Shop across the EU markets, with a special focus on the DACH, UK, and Intra-EU.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and visibility for brands on TikTok Shop.
- Manage TikTok Shop accounts end-to-end: product uploads, campaign setups, promotional mechanics, and reporting.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize content, promotions, and conversion rates.
- Liaise directly with TikTok’s internal teams and our brand clients to troubleshoot issues and push growth initiatives.
- Craft briefs for creators and affiliates, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Stay on top of TikTok Shop trends, platform changes, and competitor activities.
Must-Haves
✅ Native-level German and fluent English - both written and spoken.
✅ Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop accounts or other e-commerce marketplaces.
✅ Solid understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce KPIs, and sales funnels.
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment.
✅ Sharp communicator who can build trust with clients and partners.
✅ Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in an agency or with multiple brands.
- Knowledge of influencer/affiliate marketing.
- Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
