Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer engineer , You will manage the technical relationship and integration of clients.
Work in operations as an Onboarding/Connectivity specialist responsible for Customers (Demand) and play a pivotal role in collaborating with the COO to ensure the completion of the technical onboarding, connectivity and maintenance and the seamless day-to-day technical operations of the company.
This position demands a strategic thinker, an adept leader and a proactive problem-solver who can navigate the complexities of a dynamic business environment.
Based: Madrid o Palma de Mallorca, Spain
Main Responsibilities
1. Technical Management
- Understand and document customer specific APIs.
- Support customer integration process.
- Conduct regular technical reviews.
- Identify & resolve technical issues.
- Establish frequent communication on company to drive growth.
2. Operational Excellence
- Oversee the day-to-day operations on customers, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes, optimise resources, and improve overall organisational effectiveness.
- Perform daily proactive monitoring.
- Detecting anomalies / errors.
- Telemetry.
3. New business implementation
- Ensure frictionless process of customer onboarding / full cycle.
- Establish coordination with API customers as from Integration to test bookings / till certification.
- Follow-up on recent implementation to ensure a planification of optimisation.
- Act as an interface between customers for technical operations.
- Participate in strategic planning for new business and products.
4. Reporting to high management
- Prepare and deliver clear daily reports that support decision‑making.
- Communicate consistently with impacted internal teams, providing reliable data & information.
- Extract & analyse relevant operational and technical data to assess its impact on the business.
- Establish pipelines and reports to high management to ensure production control and coordination with relevant departments.
- Attend operation meetings addressing client requirements and ensure proper follow‑up.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong strategic thinking and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities.
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capability.
- Understanding of market trends and industry dynamics.
- Basic API/technical knowledge (a plus).
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to apply computational analysis to extract insights from complex data.
Knowledge :
MS Office (advanced).
JSON / XML.
CRM Systems.
Training in computational methods for analyzing complex data patterns and trends is a plus.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Advanced degree is a plus.
Languages:
English speaker – High Level.
Spanish speaker – High Level.
Third language is a plus.
