TALENT & ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR to join our People Team in our Headquarters

**WHAT WOULD YOUR DAY TO DAY BE LIKE AT MANGO?**

Located at the MANGO Global Headquarters in Barcelona, the main objective of the Talent Management and Organizational Development Director is to design, develop and implement the Global Talent Development and organizational improvement plan. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and managing a direct team of around 15 people, the T&OD Director will be responsible for leading areas such as Training and Development, Performance and organizational improvement, coaching and leadership, as well as Employer Branding & Corporate Recruitment. The role must have direct coordination with the People Business Partners teams in both Retail and HQ. Together with them, his focus will be the development of strategies, programs, processes and policies with a global impact to attract and develop the best organizational talent as well as ensure the best organizational strategy for the company.

**_Responsibilities:_**

**Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding**:

- Develop and implement the Talent Development strategy, including internal development plans, leadership development, change management and organizational development.
- Define the key strategies for corporate recruitment processes as well as generate the key concepts to must have for the talent attraction.
- Develop Employer Branding strategies with an important focus on Retail (80%).
- Identify the potential to develop internal talent from the organization, as well as define the retention policies.
- Define the strategy of internal change management processes and succession plans for strategic profiles of the company.
- Ensure that organization-wide talent management and initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Provide the specific knowledge and skills in Talent Management for the whole organization. Be responsible of defining the learning policies to develop and manage their teams strategically and effectively.
- Direct the positioning strategy of the company at an international level.

**Performance & Organizational Development**
- Analyze and build the internal organization structures to reach the most effective and efficient performance.
- Define and develop the internal change management strategy, performance evaluation and succession plans for key positions.
- Create and develop the strategy of individual performance and development, also define all career path plans for internal people.
- Be responsible for the strategycal organization development.

**Learning & Development - Retail (80%) & HQ**
- Define all learning programs to cover all needs from the 4 key areas of the company: Customer, Product & Visual Merchandising, Leadership & Commercial Management, with special focus on retail (+10k people)
- Focus on building the strategy engagement plans, as the employer journey and personal experience.

**Coaching & Learning**:

- Define and develop all Leadership programs for management level profiles from MANGO HQ & Retail.
- Build the internal & external coaching strategy & learning sessions for all teams with special focus on management profiles.
- Develop the DP, DPG strategies and define the orientation days for the new management profiles.

**Professional Experience/Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related fields required, Master's degree is a must.
- At least 8-15 years of previous experience developing Talent Development strategies, Organizational designs, Learning & Development strategies & others, with special focus on Employer Branding & Strategy organization.
- Nice to have previous experience in other retail companies.
- Interesting to have experience in Strategy Consultancy Firms developing Human Capital strategy projects as Talent Development or Strategy Organization for different multinational companies.
- Experience in managing large teams of more than 10 people.
- Must have consolidated experience in other FMCG, luxury, retail or distribution Multinational Companies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals as well as teams.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in high demanding environments with a high level of exigency in accordance with the dynamism of the fast fashion sector and the organizational transformation of the company.
- Leadership skills, adaptability to work in changing environments, decision making skills, communication skills, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
