Position Overview
We are looking for a curious and inquisitive HR Business Partner who will support change and be a true partner to the HRBP community and the business. Someone who is a good listener and has strong consultative and advisory skills. This person should be passionate about using qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision-making and advocate for change. You will join a People and Places organization in this unique HR business partner role aligned to specific practice areas of the business. This is a role designed to support specific initiatives across multiple divisions focused on critical business objectives and HR strategies. **Responsibilities**:
- Be a strategic partner with leaders to establish plans and deliver solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and drive results. Develop a people strategy focused on organizational design, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, and overall business performance
- Support the business strategy by identifying, prioritizing, and building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
- In close collaboration with senior leadership, facilitate line-of-sight initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned with the strategic leadership agenda
- Ensure psychological safety and strong advocacy of Diversity, Equity, and Belonging
- Support People BU processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that leaderships’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards
- Aligned to BU strategy, provide thought partnership to leadership in forecasting and planning talent pipeline with the function/business strategy
- Ensure a safe and open environment, where diverse perspectives are valued and appreciated. Ensure alignment to our Culture Code (Values and Ways We Work)
- Support and drive specific projects defined by annual BU People Plans as well as participate in ongoing functional and cross-functional initiatives
- Support feedback mechanisms and employee surveys to influence the continuous improvement of employee experiences and business outcomes
- Partner with HRBP leadership and Learning and Organization Development team to implement appropriate interventions
- Ensure alignment of total rewards and recognition with performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of HR experience (at least 4+ years of HRBP experience supporting leaders with global teams)
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity/inclusion, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture keeping, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, employee relations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, industrial and labor relations, business administration, human resources, or similar disciplines with 7+years of HR experience
- Workday experience is a plus
- Project Management and/or Program Management experience is a plus
- Relevant experiences in tech, software (or SaaS) industries is a plus.
- Coaching accreditation is a plus.
- Ability to take business goals/priorities and translate them into initiatives
- Consultative approach to strategic partnership
- Able to combine great people intuition, business judgment, and discretion in your decision-making
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and management practices within a complex, global, and matrixed environment
- Experience providing business partnership and support to a diverse group of leaders and executives
- Team player with a sense of ownership and “get things done” attitude - self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
- Successful track record of implementing HR processes, performance management, and change management
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal), the ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities and adapt to a fluid, high-growth environment
- Knowledge of HR compliance regulations, employment laws, and industry best practices
