Lynk & Co offers customers a convenient, sustainable mobility experience with simple pricing, flexible ownership, car sharing, connectivity and of course subscription as a new way of ownership. For our operations in Spain, we are now looking for a
- Fleet Utilization Manager

You’ll manage and maximize the utilization of our fleet in Spain (subscription fleet, test drive fleet, corporate fleet cars, etc.) in a cost-efficient way.

This role will be based in Madrid and report to the Fleet Utilization Manager in Europe.

**What you'll do**
- Ensure optimized vehicle availability in different geographical locations to match demand and sales forecast.- Work closely with interfacing functions like Logistics, Uptime, Used Cars/Remarketing, and others to secure fast and lean handling of all service processes.- Be responsible for securing operational control of our fleet.**What you bring**
- Proven track record in Fleet Management and Fleet Utilization Management (from the car rental or leasing industry or similar)- Analytical and problem-solving skills- Preferably some knowledge of the body, paint and mechanical- Local knowledge, and ability to speak Spanish fluently- To succeed you need to be self-motivated and able to achieve high impact in an unstructured area - a pragmatic self-starter who acts proactively.
