Role Overview:
As a Fleet Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing fleet data, managing P&L, negotiating with stakeholders, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed business cases for new and existing fleets, emphasizing international and national tenders.
- Coordinate with Finance, Revenue Management, Legal, and Sales Departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage provisions within fleets and drive profitability for the renting channel.
- Analyze fleet performance metrics and drive negotiations with providers to optimize service conditions.
- Collaborate with regional teams and EMEA colleagues for international fleet negotiations.
- Lead a small team in the Fleet Consumer department to achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in financial analysis and negotiation, preferably in the fleet or automotive sector.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Fluency in English for international collaboration.
Required Experience & Essential Competencies:
- 3-5 years in sales, with a focus on Key Account Management and strategic planning.
- Proven expertise in category management and sales negotiation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Effective teamwork and communication abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of product, market, and competition.
- Proficiency in English (at least C1 level).
