As we continue to expand our operations across Europe, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to support various HR functions and contribute to the success of our organization.

**Position Overview**:
As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Onboarding and Offboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition. Assist with offboarding procedures when employees leave the organization.
- **HR Administration**: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and handle HR-related documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and HR policies.
- **Employee Relations**: Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures. Assist in resolving employee issues and escalating concerns when necessary.
- **Benefits Administration**: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- **Training and Development**: Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other employee development initiatives.
- **HR Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Assist in conducting audits and maintaining HR compliance records.
- **Ad Hoc Projects**: Support the HR team on various ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience (X years) in an HR assistant or administrative role, preferably within a multinational or European context.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in Europe is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
