**SANTANDER ONE EUROPE is looking for a DIGITAL PLANNING AND CONTROL MANAGER, based in our LUCA DE TENA (MADRID) office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Digital Planning and Control Manager, **you will **have the opportunity to manage the main objectives and key results of the Digital plans and propose the measures to reach the unit’s goals and you will report to the Head of the Digital for One Europe.**

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Ensuring the execution plans in collaboration with country stakeholders and Product leaders.
- Measuring Key Result achievements, identifying impact and proposing initiatives based on learnings from internal data, analytics and customer feedback.
- Facilitating best practice sharing and adoption amongst countries through organizing sharing sessions and workshops.
- Granting budget control and optimization of One Europe Digital resources.
- Support the strategy, priorities and plans to achieve targets.

EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years background in consulting, digital transformation, and innovation within the banking industry.

EDUCATION
- Technical Degree or Degree in Business Administration.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Seasoned professionals who are eager ownership and accountability and make an impact in the bank of the future.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen.
- Strong knowledge of the Group and previous experience in global/international roles.
- Passion and empathy for customers, creativity and courage to seek knowledge and insights.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.

OTHER INFORMATION
- Availability for occasional travel.
