**A Day in the Life of a Digital and Events Marketing Manager**

Own the messaging and positioning of the company’s product lines and support sales with qualified leads. Be responsible for marketing activities, product campaign plans, strategies and execution. Do you possess a keen eye for details? Are you exceptionally creative?
- Think big. There are no boundaries. This job is what you make of it.

- Prioritize. Balance long-term goals of ensuring the positioning of the company brand with short-term objectives through dedicated digital campaigns and other means.
- Connect. Marketing is the most cross-functional function in most companies. You are the interface between customers, market, media partners, analyst firms, your sales team, and the product team.
- Customer knowledge and insights are job #1. Knowledge is your power. Understand who is your customer—and who is not. What problems do they need to solve and what drives value for them? How do they make decisions and who influences them? How do they perceive your company and alternatives? And how can you influence their choices and preferences?

**So, how are theygoing to keep you busy?**
- Gathering market intelligence and competitive research. What problems do customers need to solve and what drive value for them?
- Creating and developing compelling content and sales enablement collateral. This includes battle cards, demos, presentations, training, and one-pagers. Educate sales and customer-facing teams with market challenges, trends, and how our client empowers operators to address each one of them.
- Internal and External communication. Building the required communication channels: newsletters, webinars, customer forums, etc.
- Pipeline creation. Planning, launching, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns based on pre-defined KPI’s (number of leads, engagement rate on social media etc.).
- Strong emphasis on lead generation and its conversion to an opportunity.
- Organizing industry events, control bookings and budget, and create public relations strategies to support branding activities.
- Customer engagement. Join customer meetings from time to time to hear ‘firsthand’ what the customers expect from the company.
- Thought leadership and positioning our client as a leader in the wholesale industry, including award submissions.

**What will make you eligible for this role?**
- 3+ years of product and marketing experience in telecom with at least 2 years of experience preferably in the SMS messaging space
- Experience utilizing insights, data, and statistical analysis to drive decision-making
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

**Experience, that will be an advantage**:

- Proven experience in business messaging and wholesale voice & SMS messaging
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and creative content design experience

**What will make you the best-fit for this role?**
- Ability to craft and execute on the GTM messaging and strategies related to the launch of new products and capabilities, or market trend topics.
- Strong emphasis on lead generation, campaign management, and its conversion to an opportunity
- The ability to translate product features and capabilities into clear customer-oriented value propositions
- Expertise in designing and formatting marketing content
