**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Guides a squad(s) in providing an end-to-end service(s).
- Facilitates and drives the use of agile practices for squad operations including optimizing workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and removing obstacles impacting squad performance.
- Acts as a technical resource and point of escalation for team members.
- Engages in identifying and resolving complex problems relating to the service(s) provided by the squad(s).
- Possesses an in-depth knowledge of technical solutions.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

We need a senior resource specialized in the Storage/Linux area (SAN, Block, Netapp, GPFS, NAS, Filenet
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

Senior Storage Specialist in STORAGE/LINUX technologies (NetApp, block, SAN, NAS, GPFS, and Object Systems), with coordination and technical leadership capacity, who knows production, and customer relationship capacity, and who can command the technical team within the indicated technologies.
