**About the role**:
**What you'll be doing**:

- ** Strategic Market Positioning**: Set and own the overarching strategy and direction for Siena AI's market positioning, ensuring we stand out in the industry landscape.
- ** Brand Identity and Messaging**: Cultivate an impressive brand identity and enhance visibility across all relevant channels. Craft unique, engaging, and concise messaging and positioning that resonates with the target audience and compels action.
- ** Data-Driven Lead Generation**: Utilise strategic marketing channels and tools to create data-driven lead generation programs that foster sustainable ARR growth.
- **Sales Enablement**:Equip the Sales Team with the necessary resources to effectively execute the GTM strategy and attain exceptional ARR results.
- ** Product Launch Excellence**: Partner effectively with Product and Engineering teams to lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategies for impactful product releases.
- ** Content Leadership**: Develop a robust content generation program to establish thought leadership.
- ** Promotional Innovation**: Generate creative concepts for promotional events and activities, orchestrating them efficiently to maximise impact and ROI.
