**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Customer Service Representative zijn onder andere**:

- Inkomende vragen van klanten beantwoorden
- Problemen identificeren en oplossingen bieden
- Zorgen voor een hoge mate van klanttevredenheid
- Een teamspeler zijn en deelnemen aan het succes van het team en het project, bijv. samen met het team invallen voor afwezige collega's en regelmatig teamvergaderingen bijwonen

**Vaardigheden, ervaringen en interesses die je nodig hebt om te slagen in deze rol**:

- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels en bent op native niveau in het Nederlands
- Kennis hebben van IT platforms, apparatuur en toepassingen zoals Windows/MS Office
- Een aandachtige luisteraar zijn, comfortabel en vaardig in het communiceren met mensen
- Een teamspeler zijn met hoge sociale vaardigheden
- Energiek, innovatief, en proactief werken in een hoog tempo
- Enthousiast over interculturele communicatie en de expat lifestyle
- Wonen in of bereid zijn te verhuizen naar Malaga voor een internationale carriere en levenservaring

**Wat zit erin voor jou?**
- Fulltime permanent contract, 8h per dag, 5 dagen per week
- Maandag tot zondag in roterende shifts (08:00 - 17:00) met verschillende shifts in het weekend
- Salaris: 17.400 bruto jaarlijkse basis salaris
- Bonus tot 1800 bruto jaarlijks
- Mogelijkheid om je aan te sluiten bij een internationaal bedrijf
