The **Assistant (temporary)** will collaborate in the administration and operational activities related to entrepreneurship initiatives within IE.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.
**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as Assistant (temporary) will involve**:
- Administrative Support: Handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center.
- Project Assistance: Assisting with the management and coordination of entrepreneurship projects and initiatives.
- Event Coordination: Supporting the planning and execution of events and workshops related to entrepreneurship and innovation.
- Documentation: Maintaining and organizing files, documents, and reports necessary for the Center’s activities.
- Operational Activities: Ensuring all operational processes align with the department's guidelines and IE's strategic objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Assisting in the allocation of resources and support for various entrepreneurship programs.
Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should have**:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced English and Spanish (written and oral).
- Strong organizational capacity.
- Planning and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and analytical skill
