The Assistant (temporary) will collaborate in the administration and operational activities related to entrepreneurship initiatives within IE.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.
Your role as Assistant (temporary) will involve
Administrative Support Handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center.Project Assistance Assisting with the management and coordination of entrepreneurship projects and initiatives. Communication Responding to emails and inquiries promptly, maintaining effective communication with IE staff, faculty, and external partners. Event Coordination Supporting the planning and execution of events and workshops related to entrepreneurship and innovation. Documentation Maintaining and organizing files, documents, and reports necessary for the Center's activities. Operational Activities Ensuring all operational processes align with the department's guidelines and IE's strategic objectives. Resource Allocation Assisting in the allocation of resources and support for various entrepreneurship programs.
To thrive in this role, you should have
A Bachelor's degree.Advanced English and Spanish (written and oral).Strong organizational capacity. Planning and negotiation skills. Excellent customer service and analytical skill
