- Owns the IT relationship with the Commercial BU team in the Country / Cluster.
- Responsible for connecting Commercial business stakeholders with all BMS IT services, both enterprise and local.
- Translates Commercial business needs into specific business requirements.
- Defines the Commercial multi-year Digital Capability roadmap in their Country / Cluster.
- Responsible for offering the highest value (at the lowest cost) digital capabilities to the Commercial BU team in country.
- Responsible for achieving planned IT-related business impacts.
- Drives business process change to achieve maximum value from IT investments.
- Ensures value is captured throughout the entire lifecycle of IT investments (from launch through retirement).
- Advises in-Country stakeholders regarding demand changes for key BMS IT enterprise platforms, coordinating these changes with enterprise teams.
- Coordinates with the Build & Run (B&R) team in Release Management, User Acceptance Training (UAT), and selective IT Change Management activities, including training.
- Leads programs/projects to achieve outcomes defined in the multi-year roadmap.
- Defines change management needs and plans for their individual projects including training, drafting SOPs, and knowledge management.

Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for representing Commercial BU interests in establishing IT strategy to deliver highest value digital capabilities in support of the Commercial team
- Aligns with Commercial business stakeholders in defining IT service quality requirements impacting all sites with in the operational scope
- Provides strategic guidance to in-country stakeholders regarding demand/changes for enterprise platforms, including Veeva, SAP, WD, etc., along with an understanding of their “eco-systems”
- Responsible for effective Plan team coordination with the Build & Run teams in conducting Release Management
- Assures effective support and coordination with the B&R team for in-country IT Change Management activities, including training.
- Provides strategic guidance and support to in-country Stakeholders during UAT and other ongoing Service Transition activities.
- Responsible for planning, drafting, and maintaining the multi-year digital capability roadmap for Commercial BU
- Responsible for developing strategic and collaborative partnerships with the Commercial BU team.
- Responsible for identifying, scoping, launching, and leading IT-related programs to achieve Commercial team business requirements.
- Participates as requested by Head/Lead of IT on Virtual Teams and Governance Forums.
