**The role**

In this position, you will establish and maintain a connection between IS/IT & business Consumers and Customers. As part of the Product Group Team, you will ensure a deep understanding of opportunities and issues facing business functions and advises on the best IT solutions. Furthermore, you will translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements and will play a key role within the Product Group Team to specify, test and deploy those IS/IT solutions.

**What you’ll do**
- Identify, build, test and implement changes to current systems with the objective to ensure compliance, improve performance and/or usability.
- Support the on boarding and training of new team members.
- Ensures that the Product/Product Group Managers and Business Relationship Manager are supported in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product.
- Ensure the training materials for the Product Group area are documented.
- Oversee the delivery of training to the end users, deployment, and support team.
- Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustain.
- Consults with product manager to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need.
- Coach, motivate and direct staff belonging to various organizations (business and IS/IT) to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with the customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy.
- Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements.
- Partner with the BRM and Product Group Manager to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders.
- Consult with Product Group teams and proposes alternative solutions.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, Sciences, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a relevant functional area.
- Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies.
- Extensive business experience in a relevant function is beneficial.
- Extensive project implementation experience.
- Extensive experience with effective communication at different levels in an organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and with additional languages as a plus.
- Understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
- Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
- Expertise in configuration, implementation of best practices and knowledge of the latest functionalities available.
- Understanding of modeling techniques.
- Organization: Above-average organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and stakeholders at the same time. Ability to work and collaborate in a virtual team with people across countries with different culture & time zone. Track record of successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
