Set up software according to user requirements, functional and technical design specifications.
- Perform and assist with quality assurance activities as needed.
- Asses, troubleshoot, document, upgrade and develop maintenance procedures.
- Review code for potential performance issues, reusability and/ or anomalies.

**Required Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years work experience with Salesforce administration, configuration and consulting roles
- Experience with different clouds such as Sales, Service, Community, etc.
- Experience with Agile methodology.

**Skills**
- Oral and written fluent in English.
- French as a plus.
